Any player playing youth travel baseball must also play Little League baseball. Schedules will be coordinated so that there is a minimum of conflict between Little League and travel ball.
Travel baseball is a full commitment and players must attend allgames and practices unless an absence is cleared with the head coach.
There may be games and practices over April break so if you are planning on being away over the April break, please let the coach know at the time of the tryouts.
Each player making the team will be asked to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit when they accept the position.
The balance of the fee is due prior to the start of the season 2/1/2014.
Costs for participation in the winter programs is not included in the spring team fees. Winter programs are designed for full team participation. Conflicts are expected and will be worked out by each team, player and coach on an individual basis. Winter team practices begin 1/5/2014 and run through March 15 (or when field are reopened)
Uniform and Equipment are additional fees, if needed
Game Changer Access will be provided for all WYTB teams. (coaches will maintain each teams stats or appoint a parent to do so).

Professional Coaching provided by IST
Indoor Practice Access due to cancelation of a game or practice
30 minutes of team batting practice before games

League and Tournament Fees
NO REFUND for the Evaluation Fee of $500 and NO REFUND of the 1st installment payment of $500.00 will be given for players that accept a WYTB Travel Team roster spot and subsequently withdraw for any reason other than medical or moving, including to play for a AAU team, once a player has been offered in roster spot.
WYTB is a full year program. Pro-rated refunds will be considered only for medical reasons (with doctor’s note) and/or if a family relocates out of Westport, less a $75.00 processing fee. NO refund will be given for players that withdraw from a WSA Travel team to play for a AAU team or an alternate sport.
Fees not paid by the due dates on the Evaluation Information page may result in forfeiture of placement on team roster
